We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information or recommendation provided by the AI Food Genius service, nor do we warrant or guarantee that the service will be error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The AI Food Genius service is not a substitute for professional dietary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before acting on any recommendation provided by the AI Food Genius service, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have any medical conditions, or are taking any medications. You should not use the AI Food Genius service if you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other health conditions that may be affected by the food recommendations provided by the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, our employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the AI Food Genius service; (ii) any recommendation or information obtained from the AI Food Genius service; or (iii) any other matter relating to the AI Food Genius service. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use of and access to the AI Food Genius service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the AI Food Genius service caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the AI Food Genius service.
